MY OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Start with the friction experienced by customers and the teams who support them. Understand the system. Then decide where AI earns its place.

How I work

From operational friction to useful AI.

The strongest AI workflows are built with the people who will rely on them—not handed to them after the technology is chosen.

01

Find the real friction

Listen to the people doing the work, map the exceptions, and separate symptoms from the actual problem.

02

Design the whole system

Connect customer context, process, product, data, and ownership—not only the visible AI interaction.

03

Earn trust in production

Build review points, fallbacks, feedback loops, and adoption into the solution from the beginning.

What I look for: lower customer effort, reliable answers, time returned, and adoption—with a clear route to human help.

My story

Closer to customers.
Closer to the right problems.

My path into product and AI did not start with technology. It started by seeing the same operational friction—again and again.

More than a decade across Customer Success, enterprise relationships, onboarding, delivery, retention, and operations taught me how work really moves: where context gets lost, where people repeat themselves, and where a better system could give them time back.

That vantage point now shapes how I build. The goal isn't automation for its own sake. It's a more reliable customer experience and more meaningful human work.

About me

A bridge between customer reality and product possibility.

I bring direct customer experience into building better systems for the teams responsible for customer outcomes. I work best where context is distributed and success depends on connecting Customer Success, operations, product, and technology.
